When will my order ship?

Shipping usually takes up to a week if you order less than 16oz of product. If you ordered more than 16oz of product, shipping usually takes up to 4 days. Near holidays, expect double the amount of time. This is also separate from processing time.

Our processing time takes up to 2-3 business days.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive an order confirmation, this is because the email address might not have been inputted correctly.

My package tracking says "attempt was made to deliver" what should I do?

You Should contact USPS about your order as soon as possible before they return the unclaimed package back to the sender.

I haven't received my order, when can I expect it?

We use standard USPS shipping so expect it within about a 1-1.5 weeks of placing your order. Expect delays here and there, and if you have not received your order please contact us.

Return policy

If there was an issue with your order, please contact us first; however, we unfortunately do not issue refunds for opened packages.

If the package is unopened, you will receive a 50% refund within 1-3 business days of receiving the package. (excluding shipping costs)
